What does Your Favorite ‘Friends’ Character Say About You?!

The 90’s/early 2000s were certainly a different kind of time, in terms of television content, with new comedies popping up left-and-right on primetime networks (they were cheap to make). With that said, Friends was something special and audiences knew it, immediately falling in love with the Central Perk 6 and developing favorite characters right from the start – but what does your favorite character say about you?

Mike Hannigan

If Mike happens to be your favorite character then there’s a high probability that you’re a person who is intelligent and capable of many different crafts, but you may take your time in finding exactly what it is that you want out of life – both in your career and love-life. But rest assured, once you’ve made your decision you fit perfectly into whatever puzzle you ultimately choose to be a part of.

With Gunther as your favorite character, it’s quite possible that you’re a person who appreciates longevity and consistency. Or maybe you’re a person who knows the difficulties of having a daily routine screwed up and that having somebody who keeps the machine going every day is invaluable – and that’s exactly what Gunther did, week-in and week-out, for his most loyal customers (mainly Rachel).

Ross Geller

If Ross is your favorite character, you might be a person who appreciates the scientific side of life and approaches things from a logical point-of-view, however, you’re quite capable of making decisions based on emotions when it comes to things you’re passionate about, such as your friends/family/career.

Rachel Green

So, if Rachel is your favorite friend to watch, it’s probable you’re a person who understands that a little support from the people around you is sometimes exactly what you need in order to pick yourself up. Not only that, but it will give you the tools to be a more supportive person in your own right.

Chandler Bing

With Chandler as your favorite character, perhaps you’re a person who tries not to take life too seriously and is always trying to break any tension you might encounter with a little humor. Or, it could be that you relate to his ability to try new things despite having life-long fears of them.

Monica Geller

If Monica happens to be your favorite character, you might be somebody who is capable of getting out of your own way and taking chances at things that others around you might criticize or make fun of you for. But rest assured, you’re tough as nails and secure enough in your choices to know that other people’s opinions are irrelevant when it comes to your passions.

Phoebe Buffay

So, if Phoebe is your favorite member of the Central Perk 6, it’s a safe bet that you might be a little more quirky in nature than most, however that shouldn’t be mistaken for lack of intelligence – you’re merely a go-with-the-flow kind of person and feel no need to bind yourself with absolutes in any given situation.

Joey Tribbiani

With Joey being your favorite character, it’s possible that you might enjoy looking at life through the lens of a child, never trying to take anything too seriously. However, you’re also a person who uses that standpoint to your advantage which creates a joyous, prosperous life for yourself and the friends/family who supported you during tough times (you might also really like pizza and not sharing it).
